Corporate events can sometimes be a serious affair and as an Anchor or Host/Master of Ceremony for working professionals can be challenging sometime. The reason being, the employees come to these events with their colleagues and Bosses, mostly people with whom they have a working relation. If people treat this as another extended team meeting, the ambiance becomes tense. It comes as a part of the Host or MC (Master of Ceremony) to break the ICE and make the participants come out of the ‘Work’ mode.
